See what people had to say about Chance The Rapper's claim that he's the one that brought back Supreme & Champion.

Chance the Rapper isn’t your stereotypical hypebeast rapper or one who cares too much about his fashion statements for that matter, but it appears he does want his respect when it comes to reviving brands. On Wednesday, the Chicago rapper hopped on his Instagram Live and showed off some of his clothes from his packed suitcase, where he decided to flex a little bit and claim he’s responsible for bringing back Champion & Supreme.

"Everybody knows I brought Supreme back. I don't talk about it all day because I'm not that type of dude, but ... I did bring Champion back. So, all of these lame niggas rockin' Champion, y'all should thank me for making you unlame," Chance said.

The clip was re-uploaded onto DJ Akademiks page, and people have been talking about it ever since. Most people were astonished & surprised by Chance’s claim, quickly pointing that he has never been known for rocking Supreme like that. And if anything, some people on Twitter were giving credit to Tyler The Creator for his influence on the premium skateboard brand, not Chance.

Regardless, plenty of twitter users had their opinion on Chance’s rather surprising claim, which you can peep for yourself (below), along with Chance’s initial clip. What do you think? Is Chance delusional or is he right about bringing back these two iconic clothing companies?
