Tiger Woods is reportedly in a legal battle with his ex girlfriend Kristin Smith over a non-disclosure agreement she signed at the end of their relationship in 2017. According to TMZ Sports, Smith has tried to get out of the NDA, claiming the agreement is not enforceable for an undisclosed reason.
The report states that Smith believes Woods cheated on her in 2017, which is the reason why they split and also the reason Woods wanted her to sign the NDA - to prevent another PR nightmare. Tiger's history of cheating has been well documented, most notably his divorce from Elin Nordegren after having multiple extramarital affairs.
TMZ reports that the 14-time major champion offered Smith money to sign an NDA, but it's unclear if she ever accepted it. Smith also claims Woods has threatened to release embarrassing pictures of her if she doesn't honor the NDA, according to TMZ Sports.
The two dated from 2015 to 2017 and they're now in arbitration as a result of Smith trying to back out of the NDA.
