A few months back, Young Thug posted a series of photos on his Instagram. The post showed behind the scenes shots of an upcoming music video involving Young Thug, Young Scooter, Casino and Future. While there's yet to be any indication on what song it's for or even when the video will drop, it stirred up excitement among their fans. Considering that all four of them are Atlanta natives and Thug and Future are currently leading a wave of melodic trap music, it looks like it'll be one of the biggest posse cuts in a long time. However, Scooter just revealed that the collaboration with Thug and Future won't be just a song.
Young Scooter hit Twitter today to reveal that his upcoming mixtape Street Lottery 4 is on the way. However, he also revealed that the project will have Young Thug and Future throughout the whole project. On Twitter, he said, "#STREETLOTTERY4 FEATURING @1future @youngthug ON THE WHOLE TAPE GONE BE CRAZY." So it's looking like it's going to be one of the hardest mixtapes to come out of Atlanta in recent times. The three rappers have worked together in some capacity in the past but a whole mixtape with all three of them is bound to be a trap symphony. Hopefully this mixtape gets dropped off before the year's end.
His Street Lottery mixtape series has been a favorite among fans. The first installment of the series, which dropped back in 2013, was met with positive reviews and even landed on a few year-end lists. The most recent installment, Street Lottery 3 was released last year.
Over the course of the past few years, he's delivered multiple projects per year, including collaborative project he's done with Ralo, Gucci Mane and Zaytoven. Earlier this year, he unleashed his latest project Jug King, which he's been promoting. Most recently, Scooter debuted a bit of his acting chops in Future's "Feds Did A Sweep" mini-film. While it was a brief cameo in the short film, it's nice to see Scooter take his talents past the microphone and onto other endeavors.
