Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine are cooking something up, and the Golden State Warriors are involved.

It's hard to deny that The Defiant Ones Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine are one of hip-hop's more lucrative partnerships. If you happened to catch the documentary when it aired on HBO, you'd know that Iovine believed in Dr. Dre when no other record executive would, even after Dre's Aftermath album flopped. Together, they went on to forge a legacy, and without Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine, there'd be no Eminem, 50 Cent, The Game, and plenty more. Their reach stretches beyond the hip-hop realm, and together they've gone on to found Beats By Dre, which they eventually sold to Apple for some serious coin.

Now, the moguls continue to do what moguls do. Yesterday, Dre and Jimmy were spotted at the Golden State Warrior's practice session, talking shop while the team ran drills. According to XXL, the duo were apparently conducting business that centered around the Warriors, but it's unclear as to what might be in the works. Either way, Dre's presence was felt throughout the building, and plenty of players and staff took the opportunity to chop it up with the legendary Doctor. A tweet from Draymond Green seems to hint at something to do with Beatsbut nothing has been confirmed. It wouldn't be surprising to see the Warriors landing their own edition of Beats headphone, but that's purely speculation.

In the meantime, check out some of the photos from the practice session. It's clear that Dr. Dre is still one of the game's most respected icons, and interestingly enough, he recently revived hope in the long-thought-dead Detox album. Might 2018 bring out a new project from Dre?
