"Rick And Morty" is coming in a comic book form to hold you over until season 4.

"Rick And Morty" recently reached the end of it's third season without Cartoon Network confirming a renewal for the fourth season. While Dan Harmon's confirmed that he'll be working on a fourth season, we probably won't receive it for the foreseeable future. However, fans will be able to hold themselves over until then with a new comic book anthology, "Rick And Morty Presents."

The "Rick and Morty" universe will now be available in a forty page, quarterly series that's set to release in 2018, according to Inverse Entertainment. "Rick and Morty Presents" will explore some of the series' side characters backstories. The first issue, "Rick and Morty Presents: The Vindicators!" will drop on March 7th, 2018. They say the Vindicators book "follows the Vindicators superhero team as they travel through time and accidentally create a new villain." So expect some brand new members as well as new looks for some of the heroes.

The books will be released through Oni Press who sat that fans will "gasp in shock and awe as the plot twists and previously irrelevant characters revive the dead" as well as "frown in frustration as [they] forget the complicated backstory of suddenly important mythic items."

The other three issues next year will explore other characters including Krombopulos Michael for the second issue, Sleepy Gary for the third and Pickle Rick and Jaguar for the fourth.

J. Torres will be behind The Vindicators issue with artists C.J. Cannon and colorist Nick Filardi handling the visuals.
