Diddy attempts to clear the air over his infamous photo edits.

Last week, Diddy ended up making headlines after posting a photograph of Jay-Z, Nas, and Kendrick Lamar. However, a few sharp eyed fans quickly realized that the picture had been doctored; the original image contained French Montana and Fabolous, who had been skillfully edited out. Following the revelation, it was hard to shake the image of Diddy sitting in front of his computer while removing his friends with meticulous precision, muttering "take that, take that," throughout the process. Naturally, this bout of shade quickly went viral, especially since it wasn't the first time Diddy's Photoshop skills were put on display.

Back in the summer of 2017, Diddy posted a #BlackExcellence photo, which he strategically cropped in order to remove Kylie and Kendall Jenner. Suffice it to say, the man's ruthlessness knows no bounds. However, the Bad Boy mogul recently attempted to clear the air during an appearance on Ellen. When asked about his editing habits, Diddy actually pleads the fifth, deferring the blame to his photography editor (at around the 5:45 mark).

“I take a lot of pictures with a lot of different celebrities ‘cos we’re all just family and stuff. And sometimes my photography editor, he doesn’t let me know when he’s taking people out of the pictures,” explains Diddy. "There were people that were taken away that didn’t deserve to be taken away, I had nothing to do with it. It was just this young kid that works for me, he wanted a picture of Jay-Z, Nas, and Kendrick.”
