It’s safe to say last Friday, 4/20, was an insane day for new releases, with the likes of Wiz Khalifa, Currensy, J Cole, A$AP Rocky, Jeremih, Russ, and more all dropping off new music, but that’s still not even the half of it. Throughout the midst of the all new releases, one track that slipped by us was from NYC brothers Westside Gunn & Conway, who teamed up for a new collab called “Budz,” which we’re highlighting for y’all today stead.
Over some classical-sounding production from Alchemist, Westside & Conway deliver a laid back, lyrical exercise that finds them wanting to just “fuck and get high,” something many guys can relate too. It’ll hold us over until Westside Gunn's upcoming Chris Benoit album drops June 22.
