In case you haven't heard, Kylie Jenner is rumored to be having a baby with rapper boyfriend Travis Scott. The couple supposedly began telling their close friends about the news earlier this month, a couple of weeks before the gossip outlets got a hold of the story and have been fanning the flames ever since. Motherhood before she's legally allowed to drink? That is the situation on paper and, despite what some more traditional, conservative minds may think, her family is fully on board, as per a new update from TMZ.
Sources say that the members of the Kardashian family doesn't view Kylie as a "normal" 20-year-old, in terms of her maturity level and capacity to potentially handle the responsibilities that come with being a parent. They think that she's wise beyond her years and therefore more than capable of navigating this next chapter of her life. Specifically, members of her family feel that her success in business and the resulting financial independence gives her license to fulfill what has allegedly been on her to-do list for more than two years now: becoming a mother.
If that's true though, it begs the question: why didn't she have a kid with Tyga? Those in contact with TMZ are now saying that, when they were together, Kylie never thought that their relationship was on solid enough footing to introduce parenthood into the mix. Despite this, she's still on good terms with him, or enough to want to dote on his song, King Cairo, as well as maintaining the persona of an involved aunt to six kids on the Kardashian side of things.
Where the baby with Travis is concerned, it happened almost right away, reportedly within 2 months of them starting to date. Whether or not it was a planned pregnancy or not isn't known and, at this point, probably irrelevant. Sources say Kylie immediately embraced it. No word on if Travis feels the same way about things.
The couple are having a girl, as per information that came out yesterday. What do you think they should name their soon-to-be daughter? Comment with your suggestion below.
