The Toronto born rapper that is Jazz Cartier has followed up on his latest single "Right Now" with a colourful video to accompany the tune. We see the homie cozying up to a woman in a bedroom, getting his hair done in a shop, flexing with the crew and posted up in front of his ride. The song comes from his upcoming Fleurever album.
"The driving force of Fleurever is duality—whether it’s battling the balances of love and money, risks and rewards, right and wrong, or living and dying. I shed a lot of old layers in order to grow new wings,” he said of the project. The last tape we got from Jazz was Hotel Paranoia that was released about two years ago. More recently Jazz has linked up with Kaytranada, Lou Phelps and Larry June for some beats to hold us over.
It's safe to say we're ready for more tracks by way of Jazz anytime and this new tune will have to do until his next full album. Peep the Isiah Blake directed video and let us know what you think.
