Waka Flocka Flame is not a fan of Smokepurpp.

It's been a minute since Waka Flocka's prolific run, which culminated in over twenty mixtapes, and well as the essential Flockaveli album. Still, the Atlanta rapper has earned his place in the trap pantheon, settling comfortably into his role as an honest, no-nonsense OG. Recently, Flocka has made no secret of his disdain for some of hip-hop's new generation, and recently hit "Gucci Gang" rapper Lil Pump with a straight up backhanded compliment. "Lil Pump raps about the shit I've been rapping about on my last 30-plus old CDs. Literally, same shit. Same way on my same sounding beat. "Lil Pump's like a white Waka Flocka. Excuse me, not white. Albino Waka Flocka."

And while comparing someone to yourself can arguably be seen as praise, hip-hop as a whole tends to frown upon biters. Therefore, it's no surprise that the seemingly shade-fueled nature of Flocka's comments have plenty of Pump disciples painting him as a bitter old man - even though he's only thirty-one. Now, it seems as if Flocka will only pour fuel on the fire of that particular narrative, as he recently aimed his ire at Pump's right hand man - Smokepurpp

It started when Purpp spoke about Pump's little "fuck J Cole" movement (see link above), and explained that a disconnect exists between generations. Something about Purpp's demeanor left Flocka feeling some type of way, and he hit the post with his simple, yet to the point thoughts. "He a lame," writes Flocka, about Smokepurpp. "Say anything I'm sending @loudiene." Check out some screencaps of the post, and sound off. Does Purpp want it with Waka Flocka?
