Yes, Tory Lanez dropped his anticipated Memories Don't Die album yesterday and yes it's stacked with 18 fire tracks with some damn notable features. We've already shared Tory's exclusive interview but we're back to reveal even more topics we talk about with the Brampton born rapper.
Tory breaks down the meaning behind the songs "Pieces," "Hate to Say," working with 50 Cent and even talks the almost feud between him and Travis Scott. Tory gets real and tells us that we kind of started the drama (oops) after an article alleging he ghost-writes for Travis. He tells us that Travis needed help on a hook for a track and Tory jumped on, with Travis now knowing it was him "at the time." After he sent out tweets about his writing habits, it was somehow spun into him dissing Travis when he really wasn't.
From there, things just rolled into a bigger deal that eventually saw Travis approach Tory at a festival.
Tory without a doubt took the high road and now they're all good (bless). "Travis Scott is an artist I really enjoy listening to, you know what I'm saying, so it was kind of like, damn," he explains. "I feel bad about this situation."
