The Philadelphia Eagles clearly have a grasp on hip-hop culture; not only did the team hit the field to the sounds of Meek Mill's "Dreams & Nightmares," but now, TMZ has revealed that Lil Uzi Vert will be hosting the team's victory party on Thursday night. After the Eagles clinched their first ever victory, Uzi was quick to celebrate the milestone, taking to Twitter to post up a simple, emoji-laden (eagle, bat, and green heart to be specific) message of congratulations - "let's go Eagles."
According to the report, the party will take place at the NOTO nightclub on Thursday night, with a guest list set to include the likes of Darren Sproles, Jalen Mills, Jay Ajayi, and quarterbacks Nick Foles and Carson Wentz. Apparently, the event will be open to the public, but if you're thinking of attending this, be prepared to channel your inner big baller. Landing a table will cost between two and four thousand dollars, so don't except this one to be filled with the everyday Joe.
It's a good look for Uzi, who will no doubt lay down a solid live performance with plenty of Luv Is Rage 2 hits. Footage from the bash will no doubt surface in the days to come, and all signs point to it being a wild affair. In other Lil Uzi news, the self-styled rockstar recently hit up The Late Show with Stephen Colbert for a Gothic-inspired performance of "The Way Life Goes."
