Snapchat recently implemented an update that has made significant changes to its userface and the functions, and people have been feeling bewildered with the latest version of the popular instant-photo sharing app. Many have been voicing their opinions to the Snapchat team, asking them to reverse the changes to how the application once was, which is unlikely seeing as how reports indicate this modification was intended to help the company increase its profits.
Taking to Twitter, people have been particularly critical of this latest version of Snapchat and did not hold back their sentiments:

Snapchat is aware of the complaints that are being thrown their way, and have told The Independent that "updates as big as this one can take a little getting used to, but we hope the community will enjoy it once they settle in."
