Golden State Warriors All-Star forward Kevin Durant launched a new YouTube series today along with Michael Rapaport. The series, simply titled, "Rapaport," will be featured on KD's official YouTube page, where he already creates a number of shows, including fellow teammate JaVale McGee’s "Parking Lot Chronicles."
Durant launched his own YouTube channel in April 2017 and today it has more than 616,700 subscribers. He gave an unprecedented behind the scenes look at his life and journey to his first NBA championship last year through his YouTube channel, and will continue to do produce original videos, such as the upcoming Rapaport series.
“I’ve had an incredible experience on YouTube engaging with fans all around the world and sharing different parts of my life,” Durant said in a statement, per Deadline. “It was natural for me to want to show other athletes what they can achieve on YouTube and to ensure my Thirty Five Media team and I can be a resource for those athletes.”
Durant release the first trailer for the show today, though there's no word on when the first episode will be available. Check out the trailer below and stay tuned for more information if you're intrigued by what you see.
