Drake and Lil Wayne reunited at Art Basel Friday night, where they casually performed some hits for a crowd that included NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. Drake performed what has become his go-to live track "Energy," as Wayne played hype man, and a short clip shows Wayne doing his immortal Carter 3 track "A Milli." Beckham, who was spotted by TMZ in a clip posted by the publication, can be seen head-bobbing along as he sips on a drink at the event.
Drake and Beckham are good friends, with the rapper recently visiting Beckham in the hospital following his ankle injury in October. Last April, it was reported that Beckham was living with Drake as he finished up recording VIEWS. "I'm just there working out," he said at the time. "He needs to chill out with that house he has out there. There's just too much going on."
As for Drake and Wayne, the two have not collaborated since they both appeared on Nicki Minaj's "No Frauds" earlier this year. In July, Drake revealed a tattoo of Lil Wayne on his arm.
Earlier this week, Drake's long-rumored collaboration with Trouble and Mike Will Made It surfaced. The OVO rapper is said to be working on a new project, and has recently collaborated with Pi'erre Bourne, who produced Playboi Carti's hit "Magnolia," among many other tracks this year.
