It's only been one week since the latest iPhone X was made available to users worldwide. With tons of lineups, lots of money dropped and lots of pre-ordered items shipped, the electronics giant that is Apple is reportedly looking to drop three more iPhones by next year at the latest.
These claims come from the credible analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, whose past predictions of the Apple releases have proven to be correct. Ming-Chi tells Mac Rumors that we should be expecting three new full-screen iPhones in 2018.
One will essentially be a Plus version of the newest iPhone X with a 6.5-inch OLED display. The other iPhone will be more like a full-screen version of the current plus-sized phone with a 6.1-inch LCD display. The third will feature a 5.8-inch OLED screen. Expanding the full-screen product line is a way for Apple to “satisfy various needs of the high-end market” Ming-Chi tells the publication. The 6.1-inch display iPhone will supposedly be priced between $649 USD and the 6.5-inch at $749 USD.
If Ming-Chi is correct with his Apple forecast, let's hope all the feedback from the current iPhone X will be used as constructive criticism when building the newer models.
So far we've seen that the latest iOS update turns the letter "i" into "A[?]." This frustration was expressed by many, most notably Drake who captioned an Instagram picture with, "Me waiting for Apple to stop turning my “I” into an I️."
There were also reports that the iPhone X was the easiest to break out of all of its predecessors. The biggest fallout from the iPhone has been the recent revelation that the Face ID recognition system, that was supposed to be fool-proofed, can be easily hacked if you have $150 to spend on creating a mask.
As we reported earlier, the Vietnamese security firm Bkav posted a video that shows how easy it is to hack into an iPhone that's not yours.
