Ahead of the Cleveland Cavaliers' matchup against the New York Knicks tonight at Madison Square Garden, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and the rest of the Cavs are experiencing life in the Big Apple like average joes. Or, as J.R. Smith put it, "like real citizens."
Rather than taking the team bus around town after today's shoot around, the Cavs opted for the subway, riding alongside everyday passengers and filming their experience.
For the most part, nobody seemed to care that they were casually riding the subway with one of the greatest basketball players in the world, except for one guy who did not consent to being filmed by LeBron James during his morning commute.
The Cavs, 6-7, will take on Kristaps Porzingis and the 7-5 Knicks tonight at 7:30pm ET. Their mode of transportation to the arena to be determined.
