DJ Khaled's fiancee, Nicole Tuck, is still mourning the loss of her brother, who was recently murdered over what was originally reported to be over a marijuana-related drug deal. However, a familial source has revealed that the situation had nothing to do with drugs, and that the deceased was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. Tuck's brother Jonathan was apparently never involved in a drug deal; he simply visited the apartment to watch the Super Bowl.
Apparently, Jonathan Tuck was watching the game at a Bronx apartment when an attempted robbery went down. After trying to defend himself, Jonathan was shot in the back of the head. He will be remembered by his two-year-old daughter Gianna, and was described as a family man. The brutal loss must be especially difficult for his family, including Nicole, Khaled, and nephew Asahd.
It's sad to see such things befall DJ Khaled, the seemingly endless bastion of optimism and positive energy. The couple have issued a statement to TMZ, saying ""Our family appreciates the condolences from loved ones and friends ... we are requesting privacy during this difficult time."
