Future is back with a vengeance. The Atlanta rapper is used to releasing a plethora of music on a yearly basis and, while he started off 2018 fairly quietly as opposed to last year's back to back Future and Hndrxx albums, Hendrix may be planning a similar release strategy. DJ Esco's "Code of Honor" drop yesterday featured Future and ScHoolboy Q as it ended up being among one of the better tracks released that day. It could be Super Future season after all because another new track has surfaced today, and it's sounding really smooth.
Although relatively shorter as it clocks in at just over two minutes long, "Absolutely Going Brazy" brings us back to "March Madness" vibes, with Fewtch's signature choice in production style being a high point to the cut. The ATLien flows seamlessly throughout the song, detailing his trademark lyrical style. Since the track is on the shorter side, it leaves us wondering how it would sound as a 3 or 4-minute extended version. However, we are still entirely pleased to just be hearing Future back on the mic.
Those craving to hear more of the rapper in 2018 may be excited about the imminent release of DJ Esco's project on March 30 as it is bound to include more of the Atlanta rapper's signature sound. Let us know what you think of the new track.
Quotable Lyrics:
I blame the streets for the way I was raised
I cannot sleep with these demons behind me
Xans, they takin' over all your thoughts
If you get in the way of my players, I'ma knock you out
