The Migos have been rising their stock for years, taking their rightful place as likely the top rap group in the game today. Appealing to a mainstream audience, as well as a passionate group of hip-hop lovers is not a simple task, but the trio of Quavo, Offset and Takeoff have won over a casual crowd with their ultra-catchy singles just as much as ATL rap fiends. Tomorrow, the group will make their debut on Saturday Night Live, in an episode hosted by Charles Barkley. Musical performances have been a staple of SNL, introducing their late-night audience to new acts and bringing established artists, like Migos, to their stage.
Quavo teased the episode on Instagram, posting a promo package of the trio with Charles Barkley and an SNL cast member, announcing their appearance on the upcoming show. Offset pulls off his signature ad-lib, screaming his name, and others start to join in but the trio won't let Chuck join in on the fun, quickly clowning him and shutting the NBA analyst down. Our favorite part of the promo, though, is Takeoff's reaction throughout it all. Takeoff awkwardly stares down the camera and looks uncomfortable for the entire thing. It's genuinely hilarious.
