21 Savage Blesses BlocBoy JB's "Rover 2.0" Video

Blocboy has wasted no time in dropping the video for "Rover 2.0" nearly a few hours after its release. The Memphis native was gladly supported by Yo Gotti and other artists on the scene in the promotion of the single. Blocboy JB continues to etch his name in the books. Memphis is kind of a big deal historically, next to Motown, Chicago and the Big Easy. Not to mention, a Drake assisted video is a hard act to follow. Lucky for him, 21 Savage brings his notoriety to the record so there's a strong chance he powers through.

"Rover 2.0" is an obvious nod to the sportier Range Rover Evoque, the newly minted version of a classic hip hop vehicle. The Range mixes sporty appeal with classic refinement like no other Sport Utility in its category. The bulky Escalade came up short when Rappers put their foot down in favor of glossy foreign whips. Blocboy and 21 serve up their 16s before a fleet of vehicles, their so-called friends in attendance.

"Rover 2.0" gives new meaning to "Put her in the Range." In fact the "her" can be replaced by a chopper, and the keys with a self starting mechanism. Long live the Queen and her majesty's love for gripping wood grain.
