R-Mean continues to keep his impressively-long release series intact. Following up last week’s “Vocal” release, where he calls out trash rappers who disrespect the culture, the rising Armenian rapper decides to come through today and share his 60th installment in his #MeanMonday series with “Hustlin,” a freestyle over Ricky Rozay’s classic Port Of Miami single.
Over the anthemic production from The Runners, R-Mean delivers a 3-minute lyrical exercise that finds him showing off his impressive wordplay & slick references, name dropping the likes of Lamar Odom, A Boogie, Oprah, LeBron James, and more in the process. "If you believe you will fight / I know how to stick to your dreams against your people's advice, and keep on Hustlin'... Until I really be king / I just need Lebron to be bumping my shit at the gym," he spits.
Take a listen to the lyrical onslaught and let us know what you think! Look for more to be on the way!
Quotable Lyrics:
Everyday we grindin' everyday we be hustlin'
Everyday cause Im tired of seeing my momma sufferin'
Everyday tryna to pray but still the devil keep hoverin'
Went to school now I owe $100 thou to the government
