The "Who Want Smoke??" MC is loading a new album.

Nardo Wick has been building a career by bringing a murderous and unforgiving tone to his music. He's drawn a lot from the playbook of former collaborator 21 Savage, and it was cool to see them tour together during the American Dream run. Since starting his professional career four years ago, the 22-year-old MC has just gotten better and better. However, with all of that time, there's still only one project to show for it. That would be his 2021 debut, Who is Nardo Wick? In that same breath though, it seems that the Jacksonville native has been hard at work on his sophomore release. Proof of that comes in the form of "Oh Sh*t", the first song between Nardo Wick and BossMan Dlow.

Both have been doing their thing, so it's nice to see the bubbling Floridians finally unite. This looks to be single number five for WICK, which is due sometime in October. The lead-off cut looks to be the Sexyy Red joint "Somethin'", which hit DSPs back in early February. Then, we would receive "Wickstyle", followed by "Back To Back" featuring Future and Southside, as well as "Deep End". On "Oh Sh*t", you are getting both MCs in the braggadocious bag, as they continuously remind themselves and others that they are "him" as they say nowadays.

"Oh Sh*t" - Nardo Wick & BossMan Dlow

Quotable Lyrics:

Cool nigga, I don't do the most, I leave that to the hoes
They like the way I talk, the way I wear my clothes
You don't want me in the streets, you better block the road
I'm like my bankroll, I ain't never been the type to fold
Got niggas mad on IG muggin' out my pictures
Lil Wick ain't fuckin' off, Lil Wick gettin' richer

Some of those include Bronny James's draft stock, a multitude of angles swirling around the Drake and Kendrick Lamar beef, as well as Diddy's arrest and lawsuits. Separate from the headlines that everyone wants to hear about, he was fortunate enough to help spread Zaytoven's current thoughts at the time around mid-December in 2023. Even though being able to give his expertise on these stories is fulfilling, being able to share his passion for releases trumps that ever so slightly. Having the chance to express his excitement indirectly about what he thinks our readers should be checking out/revisiting grows his passion for writing that much more.
