Big K.R.I.T.'s new "1999" video highlights the end of an era.

Big K.R.I.T's 4eva Is A Mighty Long Time featured a variety of different styles, ensuring something for every listener. The latest single is sure to appeal to those who grew up in the nineties; if you can remember the infamous Y2K scare, this one's for you. Luckily, the human race ultimately emerged onto the better side of the new millennium with our technology unscathed. At least, for now. In the mean time, K.R.I.T. is content to continuously drop quality content for the masses, and his new video for "1999" is a tried and true blast from the past.

The Juvenile interpolating track opens with the likeness of a DeLorean. Our heroes are transported to a time where Sisqo introduced the thong to a generation of influential and grateful young lads. It's nostalgic in a you-had-to-be-there way. Regardless, new K.R.I.T. is always welcome, and his latest album continues to age like a fine wine.
