Curtis apparently bailed on a scheduled afterparty to comfort the boxer in the hospital after his loss.

According to AllHipHop, 50 Cent blew off an appearance at Club Sinergee in Meridan, Connecticut after Billy Dib, an Australian boxer he promotes, lost a fight at the Foxwoods Resort Casino earlier Friday night.

Dib fights for Fif's SMS Promotions company, and the IBF world featherweight champion lost his title to the unbeaten Russian Evgeny Gradovich after a bloody 12-round split decision.

50's camp claims the New York rapper chose to accompany Dib to the hospital after the fight while he was being treated for his injuries. He was left with a cut on the left side of his head a gash above his right eye.

The decision was met with disappointment, but the night wasn't a total loss for promoters, as more than 500 people showed up at the club anyway. Security had been heightened in the area as a precaution.
