Some of the biggest hip hop moments of 2017.

The year is closing and we can’t forget about some of the most memorable moments that we’ve seen in Hip Hop throughout 2017. Thankfully we have an app that allows us, and most of our favourite hip-hop acts, to share photos of our everyday lives and their every night performances. Not only that but milestones that signify a new era in the genre. Take XXXXTentacion for example, the man who shares on an impulse and takes fans on an up and down rollercoaster as to whether he’ll ever make music again, or his claims of the Migos jumping him. We can also look at Beyonce, the Queen who can (nearly) break Instagram by posting a photo of her newborn twins. Now, more than ever, we are able to stay updated on everything that makes our favourite rappers our number one, and moments that bring the hop-hop community together.

The app’s move to allow users to share stories for 24 hours and do live videos, upped the ante even more. Fans were able to get even closer to their favourite rappers and singers by seeing the behind scenes of their music videos, their at home lives and even onstage moments at crazy music festivals. Fans even got the feels of studio sessions, seeing how some of the best beats were created by top producers, giving us the music we bump too.

Before 2018 brings in new updates to the app, with a possibility of us being able to get even closer, let’s look at some of the moments that should always be remembered by this year. Like the time 2 Chainz performed in a wheelchair, the "high quality" food served at FYFE Festival, T.I.’s red carpet Tupac tribute, Drake’s shout out to his two main ladies and Rihanna’s bomb-ass carnival looks.

Of course, there are hundreds of memorable moments, but we’ve taken the liberty of rounding up some the most notable for your viewing pleasure. Let us begin and tell us which ones are your favourite.
