A big high-five to Tracee Ellis Ross.

Using her platform as a means to speak on an important topic that is taking over the media as of late, Tracee Ellis Ross has created a children's book that explains, in the simplest form, "all the things you may not do" if you are a man in power.

While the Black-ish actress was guest hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live! she pulled out her book, The Handsy Man, that's a comedic play on rhymes detailing some recent allegations that are against some big Hollywood names.

"You may not compliment my butt, you may not call me “ho” or “slut.” And even if you’re stoned or drunk, do not expose me to your junk. And if I am your employee, don’t rest your hand upon my knee. No, I won’t sit on your lap, I shouldn’t have to say this crap."

“It isn’t a sex scandal," she said before reading her book aloud to the audience. "It isn’t a Hollywood scandal. It isn’t even a scandal. It is a systemic problem about the abuse of power that takes place across all industries and has enabled a culture of inequity to persist for far too long.”
