At one point in the show, the R&B icon addressed the notion that he's been "blackballed" from the music industry after facing various allegations of violence against women. According to him, it doesn't appear to be true, based on the size of his Detroit fanbase. "For a n***a they say is blackballed, this don't look blackballed to me!!!" he shouted while onstage.
