Lais is taking a bit of a different approach with his most recent releases. In conjunction with the gifting of his "Once" track and its visuals, the artist also released another track titled "In Her Hand." A common aspect found in both tracks is Lais's decision to lean more towards a melody-driven form of hip-hop as opposed to the R&B tunes we're used to finding in his catalog.
On "In Her Hnad," Lais lets off similar lines, putting his environment on display, "A heart beat and I beat the case / They all want a piece of the cake / My VA plug hit me today / Success is not up for debate."
December of 2017 marked the arrival of his Give Me One More effort, and these latest drops now mark Lais's official entrance into the new year.
