Fresh off the release of his new video for “Impress Me,” Chicago singer Stan Son decides to keep his foot on the pedal and build off his growing momentum by releasing the new song “Change My Mind.”
“After making "Impress Me" with Benjamin, we linked for another session and made this song in a similar fashion. We were pushing to add a harder track to my catalog and once he played me this beat I instantly freestyle’d some hot shit to it. I realized it wasn't a fluke and that we had really caught a vibe. Benjamin’s a master engineer on top of being a great writer and producer. Me, him, and Flow listened back, made some adjustments, cleaned it up a few times.. and had the song done in the blink of an eye. I think the record goes hard and is fun at the same time. It’s about the confidence, the bravado, the swag. I want that vibe to resonate with the people on this one.”
