Yesterday, Trippie Redd dropped off a new track on his SoundCloud page and now we get to hear him perform an alarmingly graceful version of the track "18" with Joji. Trippie stood out on the original collaboration with Kris Wu, Rich Brian, Baauer and the aforementioned Joji, but now we get to hear his vocals with a toned down instrumental, revealing the pure delicacy in his voice.
We are used to hearing Trippie yell over tracks (which still usually manages to somehow sound good) but this mix is a departure from what we're used to. Joji ends off the duet with his a few lines from his chorus and the two sound great together. Here's hoping to some more 88rising x Trippie Redd collaborations in the future.
