KR can do no wrong. One listen to the emcee's catalog is proof enough of that, and amplifiying the same energy with which he left off in 2017 with his Intermission EP, he's kicked off the new year with his newest "It's On" single.
Boasting the same hunger that he's been flexing as of late, the Los Angeles-based rapper isn't letting anyone off the hook as he lets off on the cut, "I never miss on the track / Yeah, I know it's evident / I'm never going to hell / Every flow is heaven sent." If you listen closely, you'll also hear the young KR flex his credentials, touching on how his flow even managed to catch the ear of TDE honcho Top Dawg, as the label once tried to sign him.
In the past, there were rumors surrounding this potential deal between KR and the West Coast conglomerate when TDE teased two new signees back in 2016, referring to them only as John Doe. We'd later find out that the two artists were Lance Skiiiwalker and SiR.
Quotable Lyrics:
I swear I prefer the top
Cause the bottom just ain't as spacious
I told these niggas they hatin'
I'm hungry and losing patience
