Paul Marciano is very confident he is innocent.

Paul Marciano, the co-founder of Guess, has been accused of sexual harassment by former spokeswoman Kate Upton. This news shocked Marciano, who believes that he has never engaged in any such behaviour with the former Sports Illustrated model.

Marciano does not know what inappropriate activity Upton is alluding to, and refuses to apologize to her because he is 100% sure he is innocent.

Speaking with TMZMarciano admits that he has never been alone with Upton before, nor has he ever touched her. Marciano adds that "if she has a claim, there's one place to tell the truth and that’s in court or to the police."

However, the Guess co-founder reveals that Upton's admissions may be more spiteful than honest. The model was featured in five campaigns with the company, which helped propel her to superstardom. Although, Marciano notes that all that fame and exposure may have gotten to her head, as she began to show up to set looking haggard after staying out until the wee hours of the morning. The company then decided to cut ties with Upton shortly afterwards, which may have been the reason she has raised such accusations.
