Chicago rapper Towkio has just shared a groove inspired cut, to be included on his much anticipated February 16 release "WWW".

"2 Da Moon" is highly showing of the sound Towkio has cultivated up to date, owing to past collaborators such as Kaytranada and evidently his own jazzy inspiration. Not unlike previous works, "2 Da Moon" moves at a fervent pace, bubbles and passes off melodic and funky at the same time.

The track kicks off with his howling and grunts over a bouncy beat, turns over quickly to Teddy Jackson on the bridge. This pass and play works to propel the song forward. Grace Weber's hook produces a momentary pause in the incessant vibe that is being exercised by all.

"2 Da Moon" is set to appear on the hotly anticipated WWW, coming out next Friday. This and a hot streak of releases such as "Swim" and "Drift" are giving shape to a really promising debut for the Chicago rapper.

Quotable Lyrics:

Oh my I'm way too lit,
I'm seeing aliens, stars, rocket ships,
The atmosphere getting ripped so we out of here,
Look back on the world I might drop a tear.
