Back in October, San Diego emcee Rob $tone released an impressive, 15-song project called Don't Wait For It, which featured contributions from Gucci Mane, Zaytoven, Meechy Darko, and more. “Don’t Wait For It is an album about growth; as a man, as a musician, as an all around person." Rob said. "I want people to take Don’t Wait For It and apply it to their life. Don’t wait for happiness, don’t wait to be successful and don’t wait for anything. And of course, don’t ever wait for the label."
Today, Rob decides to revisit that very project and share a new video in its support for the song “Uncle Ben.” Shot in his home town, Rob invites cameras to follow him around as he cruises the streets in his red drop top Impala and gets a hair cut at the barber shop, before later dropping his girl off at her crib in this Fabrizio Siboldi-directed clip above. It appears to be just a stereotypical day in Rob's hood.
