In conjunction with the arrival of their latest collaboration, producer Sango and West Coast crooner Xavier Omär also delivered on the accompanying clip to their dreamy "Sweet Holy Honey" cut. Directed by Jonathan Salmon, the clip follows a symbolic storyline that's worth watching to find out as Xavier's vocals delicately detail the fight against lust in order to preserve the precious love of a woman.
"'Sweet Holy Honey' stems from cherishing the existence of women and the gift they bring to the world," Sango told NPR onf the cut. "When I approached Xavier Omär with this idea, I wanted him to write about how it may feel when you hold back the urge to have sex with a woman that you're in love with. It's not a typical love song."
"Sweet Holy Honey" will find its home on the track listing of Sango's forthcoming In The Comfort Of project, set for release on March 6th.
