Ball brothers to make their pro debut on January 9th.

16-year old LaMelo Ball and his 19-year old brother LiAngelo are officially Lithuania-bound as they prepare to kick off their professional basketball careers with Prienu Vytautas.

Both Ball brothers will make their debut on January 9th, and head coach Virginijus Seskus told ESPN's Jeff Goodman that he expects that they "will play a lot."

According to the report, LaMelo and LiAngelo will play in both the Baltic and Lithuanian league games, due to a roster that has already been thinned due to injuries. Vytautas will host Tsmoki-Minsk in the Ball's debut on the 9th in a Baltic league game, which is considered a lower-level than the Lithuanian league.

“They are young, but I can promise that they will play a lot and I hope we will help them to get better and they will help us to win more games,” Seskus said through his son, Edvinas, who is a guard on the team.

“We are waiting for them,” Virginijus Seskus said. “Don’t worry, they will play!”

“I understand that I will lose some playing time,” Edvinus Seskus said. “But I am still happy that they are coming. Maybe more scouts and agents will watch our games because of them and we will have a better opportunity to show our talent even if some of us will lose playing time.”

LaMelo and LiAngelo will make their Lithuanian league debut against Lietkabelis on January 13th.
