Wale is never one to leave fans hungry for more than a minute, he drops a random freebie every now and then, most recently "Arrival." The MMG spitter spoke to HHS1987 on this latest single, his upcoming plans, including his tour and a forthcoming album.
"An array of different fans...most importantly you gunna hear a lot of good music," Wale said of the MMG tour, which will also feature Machine Gun Kelly and kicks off in November.
On "Arrival" which dropped the first week of October, Wale says it's not a single, but just Mr. Folarin venting and letting fans know where he's at. "'Arrival' was just kinda me venting as to where I'm at right now, I'm definitely working on some new music," he said.
The DMV native continued to give more details on what he's working on, "Right now, we tourin' man, I got an album dropping in February, Meek's album dropping later this month, October 30th. I'm excited about the new music, it's very reminiscent of my older stuff with Mark Ronson and things of that nature, so I'm excited.," he said, before touching on "Arrival" once more: "And 'Arrival' is kinda like a mission statement of where I'm at."
