Could 21 Savage be talking to Yung Joc for wearing a dress the other day in the streets of ATL?

21 Savage made his first impression on the music scene a couple years ago by being a stone cold killer & having “no heart,” but over the past few months fans been seeing a softer side to the ATL rapper as he’s been publicly open and happy with girlfriend Amber Rose, and we sure as hell don't blame him. But let's not get it twisted, 21 is still a savage at heart and doesn't like to be associated with any fuck shit. So that's why he had to address some of the "soft" bullshit that's been going on in Atlanta recently.

On Wednesday night, some footage of the ATL rapper surfaced online of him making a public service announcement apologizing to the world for his hometown of Atlanta for becoming soft lately.

“I want to apologize to the world on behalf of my city. The city of Atlanta. You know I know we produced some soft ass niggas, but just bare with us, we’re going to get through this storm guys” 21 said in the IG story.

“I just want you guys to know that there’s some real niggas left, and real niggas coming back in style. So just hold tight we’re gonna take this thing back man,” he concluded.

Now as for who’s 21 talking about? Comments & evidence supports he’s probably talking about Yung Joc, who went viral on Wednesday for wearing a legit female dress in the streets of ATL the other night. Although it was a bet that made Joc throw the dress on, 21 Savage aint with the shit and made a public apology anyways. Or maybe he's talking about some other artists in ATL?

This public apology comes just hours before 21 Savage is reportedly set to feature on an upcoming single with Post Malone called "Rockstar," dropping Thursday night at midnight according to rumors. He also just took the stage on Jimmy Kimmel Wednesday night to perform his hit single "Bank Account," from his Issa album. Look for footage of that performance to surface hopefully soon.

Check out the comical public service announcement (below) and let us know your thoughts on 21’s comments. Does he have a point here, has ATL gon’ a little soft lately? Who do you think 21 is talking about here?
