Dave East is fresh off the release of his Paranoia 2 mixtape, which features guest appearances from Tory Lanez, T.I., Lloyd Banks, Marsha Ambrosius, and more. But rather than promoting that today, the Harlem native decides to revisit his original Paranoia project from September instead and drop off a new short film in its support for the song “The Hated,” featuring Mass Appeal boss Nas.
Directed by Kid Art, the 10-minute short film focuses around the gritty content & lyrics of the record “The Hated,” while depicting the story of two uptown street hustlers & the problems the streets bring upon them. It follows up his latest video for “Legendary," which dropped right after Christmas.
