The Black Eyed Peas return with a new music video for "Street Livin'."

Though once living the high life as mainstream music's biggest act, with songs like "Boom Boom Pow" and "I Gotta Feeling" becoming global sensations, the Black Eyed Peas have since fallen nearly into obscurity. However, that line of thinking might not last for long where the group is concerned, as they've returned with a politically-charged video for their latest single "Street Livin'."

Throwing it back to the BEP days of yore, this song feels much akin to the funkier, more 90's-style rhythms that the group created on tracks like "Joints & Jam." Using some seamless CGI work to make the mouths of men seen in photographs move, the music video gets a kinetic energy from most static objects, which is a feat in and of itself. The lyrics, which detail the systemic oppression of blacks in America for the better part of the last century, are as socially conscious as we've seen will.i.am and company in a long time.
