It sounds like Vic Mensa’s upcoming album is all finished. On Wednesday, FakeShoreDrive founder Andrew Barber shared a picture & some insight of his time listening to the album in the studio last night.
Executive produced by No I.D., Andrew says the album is Vic's best to date & features contributions from Pharrell, which we heard a preview of last week, Chief Keef, The-Dream, Joey Purp & more.
“It’s Vic’s BEST work to date. Better than INNANETAPE. It’s an open book & he even brings that old Roc sound back.”
Calling it “easy contender for album of the year,” Andrew simply added “summer,” which we presume means it’s coming sometime this Summer.
Check out Andrew’s tweets (below) and we’ll continue to keep you posted moving forward.
