This week marked the arrival of Atlanta upstart Yung Bans' self-titled debut. A six-track effort, the new project featured appearances from Smokepurpp and Larry League. In conjunction with this EP, however, he quietly dropped a loose track in the form of "Out," a refreshing cut produced by Yung Icey.
You'll find the backdrop features a dreamy guitar at the forefront, while an overbearing, but oddly-satisfying drop steers the cut's direction. The result is a chill track in which Bans reflects, "Straight up out the gutter / And I gotta get out."
This year has marked a considerable elevation in Yung Bans' profile all thanks to this little thing called the Internet, and it's no doubt that he'll find himself among young artists to watch for in the coming year.
Quotable Lyrics:
Only got one life
And I'm trying to live it out.
Took a new approach
Had to take a different route.
