A highlight from the singer's new album "KIMBERLY: The People I Used To Know."

K Michelle just released her fourth studio album KIMBERLY: The People I Used To Know, and once again, it's a versatile collection of songs. At 21 tracks, it's considerably longer than the Memphis singer's other projects, but it only contains two guest appearances: Chris Brown on the radio single "Either Way," and Jeremih on "Takes Two," which sounds primed to be a single as well.

The track is a good representation of the LP in general, containing a bit of an old school flavor in its guitar sample, but keeping things modern in its contemporary R&B songwriting. In this way it feels reminiscent of Sevyn Streeter's debut Girl Disrupted, but of course, K. Michelle's voice can not be mistaken for anyone else's, both powerful and precise but always full of personality. She and Jeremih make a great team, making for an fun, explicit duet, that should serve as a good entry point to the impressive album.

Quotable Lyrics:
Married to the game
For you I'll catch your bouquet!
Only use a Maybach for the foreplay
This another 12 Play, baby this a heavy plate
You an angel, have you fly you out to LA
