Houston Texans star rookie quarterback DeShaun Watson reportedly tore his ACL at practice today and will miss the rest of the season. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapaport, Watson suffered a torn ACL on a non-contact injury.

With Watson's season over, the Houston Texans will now turn to Tom Savage, who will start this Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.
The devastating news today marks yet another NFL star whose season ended before the halfway point of the season. In addition to Watt and Watson, NFL stars such as Aaron Rodgers, Odell Beckham Jr., Dalvin Cook, Julian Edelman, David Johnson, Eric Berry, Carson Palmer and Joe Thomas have all suffered major injuries. Not to mention, Colts QB Andrew Luck who was recently placed on the IR without ever playing a snap this season.
