50 Cent says he’s still interested in working with Taraji P. Henson after the actress’ recent comments on being underpaid in Hollywood. In an attempt to court her, he recalled making Starz hand out a big payday to Mary J. Blige for her role in Power Book II: Ghost.
“Someone called me today thinking I was bullsh!ting about working with @tarajiphenson till I told them what I made STARZ pay @therealmaryjblige to be on GHOST, I ain’t out here fvcking around,” 50 captioned a pair of photos of himself on Instagram, Wednesday. 50 first brought up wanting to work with Henson after she revealed she fired her entire team for failing to take advantage of the popularity of her Empire character, Loretha "Cookie" Lyon.“They dropped the ball,” 50 wrote. “Fvck em @tarajiphenson. I’m ready to work let’s get it! GLG GreenLightGang G-unit Film&Tv.”

50's offer comes after Henson got emotional while speaking with Gayle King, last month. She explained she never makes as much money as the work she puts in and considered quitting acting. "I’m tired of working so hard, being gracious at what I do [and] getting paid a fraction of the cost. I’m tired of hearing my sisters say the same thing over and over. You get tired. I hear people go, ‘You work a lot.’ I have to. The math ain’t matching," she said.
