Brooklyn's Tekashi69 has been on a steady stream of heat as of late. It was last month, that the Northern upstart's "Gunmo" cut debuted at No. 58 on the Billboard Hot 100 at the height of controversy surrounding his pleading guilty to three felony counts engaging in sexual acts with a minor.
In his latest, he takes to the streets in which he unites members of the Bloods and Crips gangs—an outing that accompanies his "Kooda" single.
"I got the best videos in America with no budget,” 6ix9ine told MASS APPEAL in a recent interview. "These industry videos got 50K to 100K and I work with zero dollars.”
“Make your world and be who you want to be,” he went on to add. “If you want to be an astronaut, be that shit, build a spaceship in your backyard and do something! Build your own fucking world. I’m Tekashi69 and I want my world to look like it is on fire.”
