Troy Ave responded to Uncle Murda's diss on his "Rap Up 2023" song with a post on Instagram, on Tuesday. In doing so, Ave hinted at firing back with a diss of his own aimed at the rapper. “Damn do I gotta 'WRAP this n***a UP,'" Ave remarked.
As for Murda's diss, he brought up the legal drama between Troy Ave and Taxstone. “Troy Ave really went to court and got on the stand/ N***a snitched on Taxstone ’cause he bodied his man/ You supposed to keep it in the streets, I hate when n****s tell on n***s/ I don’t f*ck with Taxstone but I don’t be wishing jail on n****s/ Troy Ave lost his chain on that night all that sh*t happened/ But it was fake, seven years later found out Maino had it,” he rapped.
