A while back, we chopped it up with Skooly, who showed us his tried and true methods of rolling a Backwoods. Shortly afterward, the Atlanta emcee came through with his latest album BAcCWArdFeELiNgS, which features appearances from 2 Chainz, KiDD, and Young Thug. Now, Skooly has expanded the BAcCWArdFeELiNgS experience by dropping off some new visuals for the album's opening cut, "Tasting Purple." And while the track itself is hardly creepy, Skooly draws inspiration from the Jordan Peele masterpiece Get Out, particularly the hypnotism scene where "The Sunken Place" is introduced.
Luckily, Skooly has it a little easier than the Get Out protagonist. Sure, he spends a little bit of time in a strange, purgatorial state of limbo, but he also gets a lap dance in the process. Worth it? Either way, Skooly's latest video is worth a watch, particularly if you enjoyed the film. If you felt this, be sure to check out BAcCWArdFeELiNgS by hitting the link above.
