Don't sleep on Marqus Clae.

When we were first introduced to Marqus Clae, the southern spitter was going by the moniker Young Marqus. Then 14-years old, his The C.L.A.E. tape was accomplishing the task in helping the upstart carve a name for himself. Two years later, he dropped the 'Young,' signed onto Master P.'s No Limit Records, and was ready for a new chapter. He went on to release his The Ghetto Poet project and the Clae Chronicles tape this year, and now follows it up with his P.T.S.D. effort.

At such a young age, the Houston native has successfully crafted a delivery that doesn't disappoint, taking to the mic with the type of seasoned storytelling attributed to the game's greatest.

He’s gonna be as great as Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole if he keeps working hard,” Master P once said about the young Clae. “I’ve never seen a kid with so much talent. He’s a great addition to have. Another superstar to the label.”
